My hatha yoga classes combines both dynamic and relaxing elements in its asanas (postures or exercises), pranayama (breathing) and vinyasas (flowing sequences). I draw from a mix of styles including vinyasa flow, bikram, scaravelli and jivamukti. All levels are welcome to my classes which are supportive and responsive to your needs, helping you feel relaxed and rejuvenated.
It doesn’t matter if you’re totally new to yoga or have been practicing for a while, I’ll help you find your own level to work with. So, come along and try out a class – see the classes section for more info – or contact me with any questions.
