I am a hatha yoga practitioner and teacher with classes in Camberwell, in South East London. Working with smaller groups of students, I try and make sure classes are supportive and responsive to your needs. Whether you are totally new to yoga or have been practicing for a while, I’ll help you find your own level to work with.
Yogabliss classes focus on deep release, designed to relax, de-stress and rejuvenate you at every level. With an easy chilled out feel, classes will focus on alignment, individual attention and breathing. Slower than a dynamic practice, but still challenging, with more of an emphasis on deep stretches and mindful breathing. A mixed level class, beginners can take advantage of the slower pace to build their awareness and skills whilst more experienced practitioners can deepen their practice in a warm and nurturing environment. A great complement to more dynamic classes.
